About Client : A reputed multi product Brand had an existing ecommerce.
The client lagged in competing with premium Brands of the same category, because of the top niche product presentations.
Our Approach
Research : Prior to the development of their ecommerce web and mobile app.
We studied their competitors, their audience demographics. These helped us in understanding the design aesthetics needed and the type of presentation would be needed for the product.
Approach : We developed mockup designs of different iterations and ran a visual advertisement to the target audiences without the textual context (clickbait).
These gave us an idea on how inclined are the users towards designs, and if yes, which design.
In the Second Phase, we brought exclusive feature for their online store audience such as video consultations, geographical and interest based product displayed.

Benefits Achieved
The Clients conversion ratio in the first month of launch was 13.86%. i.e 11 times higher than the industry standards based on the audience demography and industry of that product.
