About Client : A reputable company in the space of health and wellness strategies.
The Client had used several market ready CRM Solution, but the cost, scalability and robustness of the solution compared to the teams productivity hours was always adversely affected.
Client wanted to developed it’s own CRM solution similar to Salesforce, that helps in creating their own workflows, templates, datasheets, file management, security protocols.
Our Approach
Research : Developing layers on top of a CRM and developing your OWN CRM are two different things.
And developing a finished product similar to salesforce valued at USD $1Billion was not going to be a plug and play project.
Approach : During requirement gathering, We identified the go to launch modules for the client, and what level of configuration they are expecting.
These modules where then split into multi sprints.
Such that the module itself could be presented as an independent product.
Action : And these modules, where then connected through workflow module, that made it a complete wholesome product.
