Objective
About Client : A reputable financial management company being in the business of credit financing and currency exchange systems. Had been managing their business using excel sheets.
The client wanted to a custom built system that had complex algorithms for which the earlier development companies when hired where unable to finish the job.
Our Approach
Research : As we knew the client was managing their current operation in excel sheet. We organized a month long workshop with the client such that we could learn on how clients manages their business.
Approach : After our learning process, we categorized the entire operations in a tree format to know all the branches and the roots.
We created a virtual mockup of system design, where client could see how the potential system would be displayed and then take it further.
After few iterations, once finalized , we were able to build the system that the client required.
Benefits Achieved
The client entire business has been functioning for the last 5 yrs with a global clientele, without any roadblocks.
