About Client : Client was locally a big traditional players but did not have enough expertise on the online space. With it’s store located in 4 major locations.
Client did venture into online space but did not have any success and later in 2021, when the client approached us, Their objective was to make sure a steady online sales and was willing to try new untested strategies.
Our Approach
Research : Since Client was well know locally and not in online space, and was present in 4 locations that has combined population of 2Mn+.
Approach : We took advantage of the local market the client already has and a special campaigan for the users on those location to get more online reviews. And use those reviews that we gather to expand on other regions.
