Client was a serial entrepreneur who wanted to test the beta of an online grocery business model.
Client needed a stable monthly sales, and recruitment of vendors was crucial for the client.
Research : Since the Beta location where client launched was a small market size.
The First approach was to recruit vendors, by showcasing the benefits of online sales. Also educating them through support and video documentation on how to manage their inventories.
A 3 months pilot plan first ran for vendor recruitment there by introducing 47 vendors.
Post this, the store was launched during Black Friday, where any shopper could get their groceries for $1, and the discounted price was adjusted in the delivery of those groceries.
The online store were able to gartner $200k – $250k sales monthly.
